Hadith.5000 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, who reported from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام regarding a man who married off his slave woman to another man and then had intercourse with her.
Imam عليه السلام said: "He is to be subjected to the legal punishment (Hadd)."
