4994 - وَ رَوَى شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "قَضَى عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةَ رَجُلٍ أَنَّهُ رَجَمَ اَلْمَرْأَةَ وَ ضَرَبَ اَلرَّجُلَ اَلْحَدَّ وَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "لَوْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّكَ عَلِمْتَ لَفَضَخْتُ رَأْسَكَ بِالْحِجَارَةِ" ".
Hadith.4994 - Shuayb narrated from Abu Baṣir who said that Abu Jafar said:
"Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib
ruled in the case of a man who married another man's wife, that the woman should be stoned, and the man should be given the prescribed punishment (for fornication).
Imam
then said: 'If I knew that you were aware (that she was already married), I would have crushed your head with stones.'"
