Hadith.5153 - Hisham ibn Salim narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said:
"A believer remains within the bounds of his faith as long as he does not commit unlawful killing."
Imam عليه السلام also said: "One who intentionally kills a believer is not granted success in repentance."
