5153 - وَ رَوَى هِشَامُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "لاَ يَزَالُ اَلْمُؤْمِنُ فِي فُسْحَةٍ مِنْ دِينِهِ مَا لَمْ يُصِبْ دَماً حَرَاماً" وَ قَالَ "لاَ يُوَفَّقُ قَاتِلُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِ مُتَعَمِّداً لِلتَّوْبَةِ".
Hadith.5153 - Hisham ibn Salim narrated from Abu Abdullah 
, who said:
"A believer remains within the bounds of his faith as long as he does not commit unlawful killing."
Imam also said: "One who intentionally kills a believer is not granted success in repentance."
