5865 - وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "اَلنَّوْمُ رَاحَةٌ لِلْجَسَدِ وَ اَلنُّطْقُ رَاحَةٌ لِلرُّوحِ وَ اَلسُّكُوتُ رَاحَةٌ لِلْعَقْلِ".
Hadith.5865 - Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq 
, peace be upon him, said:
"Sleep is rest for the body, speech is rest for the soul, and silence is rest for the mind."
