5712 - رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَلاَّدٍ اَلْحَنَّاطِ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اِرْتَدَّ عَنِ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ لِمَنْ يَكُونُ مِيرَاثُهُ قَالَ "يُقْسَمُ مِيرَاثُهُ عَلَى وَرَثَتِهِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ".
Hadith.5712 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Walad Al-Hannat who said:
I asked Abu Abdullah 
about a man who apostatized from Islam. To whom does his inheritance go?
Imam said: "His inheritance is divided among his heirs according to the Book of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic."
