Hadith.2830 - It is narrated that Yahya al-Azraq asked Abu Abdullah عليه السلام:
"Is it permissible for a person to perform Tawaf on behalf of his relatives?"
Imam عليه السلام replied: "If he has completed the rites of Hajj, then he may do as he wishes."
Additionally, it is not permissible for a man residing in Mecca without an ailment or valid excuse to have someone else perform Tawaf on his behalf.
