Hadith.1874 - The Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) was asked about a man kissing his wife while he is fasting.
He صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said: "Is she anything but a fragrant flower to smell?"
However, it is better for the fasting person to avoid kissing altogether.
