3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ إِذَا رَأَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ الطُّهْرَ وَقَدْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَقْتُ الصَّلاَةِ ثُمَّ أَخَّرَتِ الْغُسْلَ حَتَّى تَدْخُلَ وَقْتُ صَلاَةٍ أُخْرَى كَانَ عَلَيْهَا قَضَاءُ تِلْكَ الصَّلاَةِ الَّتِي فَرَّطَتْ فِيهَا فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فِي وَقْتِ وُجُوبِ الصَّلاَةِ فَأَخَّرَتِ الصَّلاَةَ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ وَقْتُ صَلاَةٍ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ رَأَتْ دَماً كَانَ عَلَيْهَا قَضَاءُ تِلْكَ الصَّلاَةِ الَّتِي فَرَّطَتْ فِيهَا.
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from abu ‘ Ubaydah who has said the following: “He (the Imam) , has said, ‘If a woman finds herself clean when it has become time for a Salah (prayer) but she delays Ghusl (bath) until it become time for another Salah (prayer), she owes Qada’ (compensatory prayer) of Salah (prayer) that is so missed. If she is clean in the time of a Salah (prayer) and delays to perform it until it becomes time of another Salah (prayer), then she experiences Hayd (menses) she owes Qada’ (compensatory prayer) of Salah (prayer) that is missed due to her neglect.’”
