حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی الْحُسَیْنُ بْنُ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَهَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُکَیْرٍ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص سِبَابُ الْمُؤْمِنِ فُسُوقٌ وَ قِتَالُهُ کُفْرٌ وَ أَکْلُ لَحْمِهِ مَعْصِیَهُ اللَّهِ.
2. Imam Muhammad Baqir 
narrates that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “Abusing a believer, doing hypocrisy and killing him is disbelief. And eating his flesh (Backbiting) is disobedience of Allah.”
