حَدَّثَنِی الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ وَ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ حَبِیبٍ قَالَ زَعَمَ لَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِی حَمْزَهَ الثُّمَالِیُّ عَنْ مُعَاوِیَهَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: صَلَاهُ اللَّیْلِ تُحَسِّنُ الْوَجْهَ وَ تُحَسِّنُ الْخُلُقَ وَ تُطَیِّبُ الرِّیحَ وَ تُدِرُّ الرِّزْقَ وَ تَقْضِی الدَّیْنَ وَ تَذْهَبُ بِالْهَمِّ وَ تَجْلُو الْبَصَرَ.
8. It was narrated to me by al-Hassan b. Ahmad from his father who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Ahmad who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. al-Hassan b. Ali b. Uthman and Abu Uthman his name is Abd al-Wahid b. Habeeb who said claimed to us Muhammad b. Abi Hamzah al-Thumali from Muawiyah b. Ammar al-Duhni from Abi Abdillah 
who said: “Salaat-e-Shab beautifies one’s face, improves one’s character, fragrances the body and increases earnings. It helps in repayment of debts, removal of sorrows and improves eyesight.”
