5061 - رَوَى إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ اَلسِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ اَلْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ ع أَخْبِرْنِي عَنِ اَلْقَوَّادِ مَا حَدُّهُ قَالَ "لاَ حَدَّ عَلَى اَلْقَوَّادِ أَ لَيْسَ إِنَّمَا يُعْطَى اَلْأَجْرَ عَلَى أَنْ يَقُودَ" قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ إِنَّمَا يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ اَلذَّكَرِ وَ اَلْأُنْثَى حَرَاماً قَالَ "ذَاكَ اَلْمُؤَلِّفُ بَيْنَ اَلذَّكَرِ وَ اَلْأُنْثَى حَرَاماً" فَقُلْتُ هُوَ ذَاكَ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ قَالَ "يُضْرَبُ ثَلاَثَةَ أَرْبَاعِ حَدِّ اَلزَّانِي خَمْسَةً وَ سَبْعِينَ سَوْطاً وَ يُنْفَى مِنَ اَلْمِصْرِ اَلَّذِي هُوَ فِيهِ".
Hadith.5061 - Ibrahim bin Hashim narrated from Salih bin Al-Sindi from Muhammad bin Sulayman Al-Basri from Abdullah bin Sinan. He said: I said to Abu Abdullah (as), "Inform me about the qawwad (panderer), what is his prescribed punishment?" The Imam (as) replied: "There is no hadd (fixed legal punishment) on the qawwad. is he not merely receiving payment for facilitating?" I said: "May I be your ransom, but he is bringing together a man and a woman unlawfully." Imam (as) said: "That is the one who arranges unlawful meetings between a man and a woman." I said: "Yes, that is the case, may I be your ransom." Imam (as) said: "He is to be lashed three-quarters of the punishment of a fornicator - seventy-five lashes - and he is to be exiled from the city in which he resides."
