Yunus narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar who said that one of the two Imams (peace be upon them) was asked about the legal punishments (hudud) for a mute, a deaf person, and a blind person. Imam (a.s) said: "The legal punishments apply to them if they comprehend what they are doing."
