Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl > Punishment of committing sins
Hadith #1

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُکَیْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَنْ هَمَّ بِالسَّیِّئَهِ فَلَا یَعْمَلْهَا فَلَا یُؤَاخِذُهُ الرَّبُّ فَإِنَّهُ رُبَّمَا عَمِلَ السَّیِّئَهَ فَیَرَاهُ الرَّبُّ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَیَقُولُ وَ عِزَّتِی وَ جَلَالِی لَا أَغْفِرُ لَهُ أَبَداً.

1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Muhammad from al-Hassan b. Ali b. Fadhal from Abdillah b. Bukayr from some of his companions from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: I swear by My honor, I will never forgive you.”
