91. Reward of offering Morning Salaat in its prime time

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُوسَی الْخَشَّابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَهَ عَنْ غِیَاثِ بْنِ کَلُّوبٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع یَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبِرْنِی عَنْ أَفْضَلِ الْمَوَاقِیتِ فِی صَلَاهِ الْفَجْرِ قَالَ مَعَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَی یَقُولُ- إِنَّ قُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ کانَ مَشْهُوداً یَعْنِی صَلَاهَ الْفَجْرِ تَشْهَدُهَا مَلَائِکَهُ النَّهَارِ وَ مَلَائِکَهُ اللَّیْلِ فَإِذَا صَلَّی الْعَبْدُ صَلَاهَ الصُّبْحِ مَعَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ أُثْبِتَتْ لَهُ مَرَّتَیْنِ تُثْبِتُهَا مَلَائِکَهُ اللَّیْلِ وَ مَلَائِکَهُ النَّهَارِ.


1. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan from Muhammad b. al-Hassan al-Saffar from al-Hassan b. Musa al-Khashab from Abdillah b. Jabalah from Ghiyath b. Kalub from Ishaq b. Ammar who said: Inna qur- aanal fajri kaana mash-hoodaa. It means the angels of morning and evening hear the Fajr prayer. One who prays this Salaat at the start of dawn its reward would be noted down twice – once by the angels of night and once by the angels of the day.”
