Reward of offering prayer in Masjidul Haraam

Ḥadīth 1

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِی الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع قَالَ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِیٍّ الْبَاقِرُ ع صَلَاهٌ فِی الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ مِائَهِ أَلْفِ صَلَاهٍ فِی غَیْرِهِ مِنَ الْمَسَاجِدِ.

1. Imam Ridha (a.s.) narrates from his predecessors that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “The reward of a Salaat offered in Masjidul Haraam is more than the reward of a hundred thousand prayers offered in some other mosque.”
