119. Reward of meeting a Hajj pilgrim and shaking hands with him

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَی بْنِ الْمُتَوَکِّلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِیَادٍ عَنْ یَعْقُوبَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْزَهَ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَنْ لَقِیَ حَاجّاً فَصَافَحَهُ کَانَ کَمَنِ اسْتَلَمَ الْحَجَرَ.


1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) says, “One who meets a Hajj pilgrim and shakes hands with him is as if he has kissed Hajar-e-Aswad.”
