 أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ عُلْوَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ زَیْدِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص رَکْعَتَانِ خَفِیفَتَانِ فِی التَّفَکُّرِ خَیْرٌ مِنْ قِیَامِ لَیْلَهٍ.

1.  The  Holy  Prophet  (s.a.w.s.)  says,  “A  two-rakat  Salaat offered with complete attention is better than to stand the whole night (in prayers).”
