1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْعَمْرَكِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ قَوْمٍ كَبَّرُوا عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ تَكْبِيرَةً أَوْ ثِنْتَيْنِ وَوُضِعَتْ مَعَهَا أُخْرَى كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُونَ بِهَا قَالَ إِنْ شَاءُوا تَرَكُوا الأولَى حَتَّى يَفْرُغُوا مِنَ التَّكْبِيرِ عَلَى الأخِيرَةِ وَإِنْ شَاءُوا رَفَعُوا الأولَى وَأَتَمُّوا مَا بَقِيَ عَلَى الأخِيرَةِ كُلُّ ذَلِكَ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ.
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy from Ali ibn Ja‘far from his brother Musa ibn Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam), ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the case of a people who just have said Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) for Salah (prayer) of a deceased that another dead body is placed on the ground. What are they to do? He (the Imam) said, ’They can leave the first one until they complete all Takbir for the second one. They can complete all Takbir for the first one and do the remaining for the last one, either way is not harmful? ”
