1. And what my father reported, saying, ‘Sa’ad Bin Abdullah narrated to us, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Aasim Bin Hameed, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far (asws) about the man who committed adultery and did not copulate with his wife be considered married?’ He (asws) said: ‘No, neither would he be considered married by having a slave girl’. And what was narrated to me by Muhammad Bin Musa Bin Al Mutawakkal, from Abdullah Bin Ja’far Al Humeyri, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Al A’ala Bin Razen and Ibn Bakr, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far (asws) about the man who comes to the daughter of his wife without her permission. So he (asws) said: ‘What is upon the adulterer, he would be whipped with one hundred lashes’.
